reading check
I just finished Abraham Lincoln, vampier killer. Although it sounds like a weird book with a bad plot, it surprised me in how good it was. It was well researched, went along with history, and felt very real. It follows Abe's life but as if vampires exist. It was really good, and said that vampires were connected to slavery because it was an easy way for them to get blood. But there was also vampires who were turned into a vampier against there will. Abe met one of these, and he helped Abe and also gave him protection. In the end, James both, who killed Abe, was supposedly a vampier, but then Abe's vampier friend brought him back to life by making him a vampier.
