The Boyfriend List

I am currently reading The Boyfriend List by E. Lockhart. From the first few pages I fell in love with this book!! It is about a quirky high school girl who is seeing a therapist because her parents think she's going nuts. The main character Ruby "Roo" Oliver is told to make a list of all the guys that she's ever had anything to do with. At first this is a challenge for her but Ruby quickly comes up with The Boyfriend List, which contains 15 boys. Throughout her appointments with her "shrink" Ruby tells all about her experiences with all 15 guys and how all of them are connected.

I really like how this is a lighthearted book that is very funny!! It has an interesting layout because utthroughout each chapter there are sub numbers next to a lot of the paragraphs. At the end of the chapter Ruby goes into further detail about what she was thinking/feeling when she said those words.
