    The story of adventurous children heading out to save the world. When i mean the world, its the world. The famous character Percy Jackson has made a new appearance as a Roman demigod and has learned the new ways of the Roman gods and names. He befriends 2 camp members who are not at their best at camp and both have a story of which is interesting. As Percy makes is way to camp he has issues, the monsters he kills just keep coming back and he has no clue and on top of that, he remembers nothing from his past, he only remembers Annabeth and hopes to see her again. When he gets to camp the camp is shocked to see that Percy just killed a monster with a wave bigger than a house, all they can say is 'wow'.


    A couple days into camp Percy and his 2 friends and the rest of camp are welcomes by the god Ares (Greek name) Mars (Roman name). His friend is claimed by Mars as his son and given a gifted weapon and then given the task of stopping the giant that is rising in Alaska and with Mother Earth waking to rule and destroy the world. Mars says that Frank (Percy's Friend) is to take Percy with him and one more person of his choice. As the three demigods head out to save the world they befriend a harpy name Ella and Percy slowly remembers his past.


    I really recommend this book for the adventure lovers. This is a good start of Rick Riordan's new series and has many good twist and and spins in this story.
