The Hep

I am continuing the help and I think it is still very racist. I think my favorite character is Minny because she is not afraid to say her opinion. She has to be caught up in ms. Celia's stuff. She has to lie to her husband who doesn't even know she was there working and she had to deal with her miscarriage. She was working one day and Ms. Celia's husband fame to the house instead of work. She is cleaning up and he asks what she is doing. She wouldn't be as sacred but he has an ax in his hand to cut down the ugly tree. She introduces herself to him and he knows that she has been coming because she cooks dinner, which is amazing. Another crazy part in the book is when Ms. Celia gets a package. It is so hot outside it could be a sona so she sends Minny outside to retrieve it. When Minny picks it is it is real heavy and when she mo edit jingles like bottle, when she gives the package to Ms. Celia runs upstairs with it. Minny is thinking their is something up but she doesn't quite know at this point in the story. When I was reading this I was so nervous for what this was I couldn't wait to read more. So then Minny goes to Ms. Celia's room and she isn't in the bathroom or in her room. She knows she's not suppose to go in the attic but she does. When she is looking she sees Ms. Celia drinking liquid in a brown bottle. She thinks it's beer but shortly after she learned that it is stuff for her miscarriage. Later on in the week she eventually has her miscarriage and she is on her bathroom floor. Minny offers to call her husband but she told her that she can't tell him because it has happened before. I am really happy with where I am in the book and I M really excited to read more.
