Enders Game

I recently read Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card; this book revolved around a apocoliptic earth, where Buggers have threatened mankind. Though 2 kids is the limit in this futuristic world, Ender Wiggin is born. Valentine and Peter, his older siblings were almost perfect; the government gave permsion for Ender to be born in the vain hope that he will be Earth's savior. Ender is six years old when taken and whisked away to Battle School. This is where the young, exceptional children go to prepare for the war against the Buggers. Psycologial barriers are tested, as well as physical ones at Battle School, where Ender must go through a great many challenges in order to stay.

I like Ender's Game for many reasons. Its writing combines complex characters and a twisting, turning plot that brings your eyes hunting for the next word. It is a special, one-of-a-kind book that had me laughing, crying and cheering for Ender as he gought to make a life for himself, define a perpouse for living. Orson Scott Card makes exquisite characters come to life through a serries of mind-blowing events. Its a fantastic book I highly recomend to anyone who loves humor, smart-alec characters, futuristic fighting or a intergalactic war in a race to save mankind/
