Brians Hunt
Brians hunt is a relatively short book (190 Pages) however, it is very interesting and it is one of those books that you just can put down. Brian is a boy that is sixteen years old, but he is different than other boys, to begin with, he can no stand living in cities. instead, he prefers to live in the woods in north minnesota and low Canada. He leaves his home for the summer and barely keeps up with school by bringing a textbook or two. he only does this during the summer, and he has done it before, but this trip will be different. on his first night, he found a wounded dog in the woods. at first he wasn't sure what to do with it but he decided to bring it back to health and then find its owner and return it. he was pretty sure whose dog it was so he canoed to their camp, but he didn't find any of them there. instead, he found a nasty surprise. A bear had gotten into their house and killed all but one, dragged the bodies into the woods and eaten them. he found all but one body, and the rest of the book is brian finding the missing person. overall it is a great book to read in a short amount of time.

Hey Roscoe,
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are enjoying the book Brians Hunt. This is part of one of my favorite series of all time. If you love this book I would highly recommend you try the rest of Gary Paulsen's series having to do with Brian, and even some of his other books are great.
