I am currently halfway through with the book Dash and Lilly's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohen and David Levithan. This is a lighthearted novel with a twist of romance. Lilly has hid a book in a library and it is left for anyone who has the time to open it. It gives clear directions on what to write and where to put it. The lucky person to accept the challenge would soon be Dash. Both teenagers continue to write back and fourth in the notebook talking on a deeper more personal level. Although they have never met I can really feel the connection between the two characters. Both learn more about themselves through what they write to each other. I predict that they will at one point meet and share an extremely deep understanding and love for each other. I really like how the authors choose to keep it extremely hilarious while they help find what the real meaning of life is. It gives two different points of view on anything and everything. Two word birds are now on the quest to finding meaning and reaching their goals, hopefully together.
